So reads the headline of an article on the BBC website from the 19th April.
The survey of 6-12 year olds found that they were very aware of the credit crunch and 60% believed they had been affected by it. 40% thought their parents were worried by money. And 20% were fed up of hearing about it!
We shall be monitoring our pupil survey results closely for any signs that these worries are translating into more negative well-being responses in the school context.
We don't have access to the full results, but we've not surveyed a school yet where 28% of pupils had been bullied in school, as reported in this survey.
None the less, the results are a revealing window about the things children fear.
